Establishment of the company

In 1953, the predecessor of Zhucheng Xinhuayu Furniture Co., Ltd., Zhucheng County Wood Processing Group, was established.

The first Ximengsi mattress production line in Shandong Province

On June 12, 1986, Zhucheng County Wooden Factory introduced the first Ximengsi mattress production line in Shandong Province, filling the gap in the production of Ximengsi mattresses in Shandong Province and becoming the first Ximengsi mattress production line in Jiangbei.

Company name change

In February 1988, Zhucheng County Wooden Factory was renamed as Zhucheng City Furniture Factory, and later renamed as Zhucheng City Huayu Furniture Factory, Zhucheng Huayu Furniture Co., Ltd., and Shandong Huayu Furniture Group Co., Ltd.

Enterprise restructuring

On January 1, 2003, after the restructuring of the enterprise, it was renamed as Zhucheng Xinhua Yu Furniture Co., Ltd. In the same year, the company was awarded the title of "Shandong Province Contract abiding and Creditworthy Enterprise" by the Shandong Provincial Administration for Industry and Commerce.

Chinese Famous Trademark

In December 2008, the Huayu brand trademark was recognized as a well-known trademark in China.

Huayu Industrial Park completed and put into operation

In October 2010, Huayu Industrial Park officially began construction. Huayu Industrial Park covers an area of 120 acres, with a construction area of over 60000 square meters and a total investment of 150 million yuan. In August 2012, Huayu Industrial Park was completed and put into operation.

On December 17, 2015, Huayu Furniture was awarded the title of "Excellent Enterprise of China's Furniture Industry in 2015" and was elected as the Vice Chairman of the 6th Council of the China Furniture Association.

In May 2017, Huayu Furniture won the "Gold Award for Sofa Furniture Series" and "Silver Award for Best Booth" at the 14th Qingdao International Furniture Exhibition. In September 2017, Huayu Furniture was named a "kind-hearted Shandong merchant" brand image listed enterprise.

In January 2019, Huayu was recognized as a "Shandong time-honored brand" enterprise by the Shandong Provincial Department of Commerce. In September 2019, the company was once again awarded the honorary title of "Excellent Enterprise in the Chinese Furniture Industry" by the China Furniture Association.

In May 2023, Huayu Furniture won the "Best Sleep Center Gold Award", "Best Booth Design Gold Award", and "20th Anniversary Industry Merit Award" at the 20th Qingdao International Furniture Exhibition.

In February 2024, "Huayu" was recognized as a time-honored Chinese brand by the Ministry of Commerce and five other departments.
